Run, like the activity, is simple. It’s where I write about everything running. I’ll post about training, racing, and anything else running-related. Rest is where you will find the rest of my story. It also, quite literally, refers to rest after running. Of course, rest is relative so when I’m not running, I may be practicing yoga or restoring my 1920s bungalow. And lastly, Race is where I have posted all my previous race results and any upcoming scheduled races.
Pushing the pace is all about pushing myself to my highest potential – seeing how far I can progress in my running as well as all aspects of life. It’s not necessarily about winning, and it’s definitely not about one-stepping your running partner. It’s about personal growth, PRs, and bettering myself. I truly believe that every person is capable of achieving more than we think is possible. We just have to go for it…Push the Pace.
